Journal of Therapeutic
Plagiarism Policy
The editorial board of the Journal of Therapeutic recognizes that plagiarism is unethical and unacceptable. Therefore, the journal has established the following policy to address instances of plagiarism and similarities detected in articles submitted for publication.
The Journal of Therapeutic employs plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin) to identify similarities in submitted manuscripts and final versions of articles ready for publication. A similarity index of up to 20% is considered acceptable.
If a submitted manuscript exceeds the 20% similarity threshold, the article will be returned to the author for revision and re-submission. Articles found to contain plagiarism will be rejected outright.
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Therapeutic, authors affirm that their work is original and has not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere, except in cases explicitly acknowledged.
